What forms of payment do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method, you can simply enter your payment details when prompted. We also accept payment via debit/credit card (inc. Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Amex) through our online checkout. Payments via Bank Transfer are also accepted. Please contact us to arrange this.
An email will be sent shortly after your order has been placed to confirm your order and delivery details. Please note that we will not begin work on your order until payment has cleared.
Can I redeem my Gift Vouchers online?
Any gift vouchers that you buy directly from The Little Red Cottage can be redeemed both on our website and in person. When redeeming gift vouchers in person, you must let us know when placing your order that you wish to use your gift voucher towards the cost of your purchase.
Gift vouchers cannot be used or redeemed without the valid voucher code, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other gift certificates, cannot be resold, and are not refundable. No cash alternative is available.
Only one voucher code can be used per transaction. If you have more than one code you may place separate orders. Any purchase exceeding the value of a gift certificate code requires the use of a valid bank or credit card to complete the transaction.
Purchased Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any other vouchers i.e. charity donations or loyalty scratch card codes; the expiry date is clearly stated on the front of each voucher.
Every voucher has a unique code assigned to it and can only be redeemed once.

What are your delivery options?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. The delivery options are clearly stated when completing the checkout process. Standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for), First Class delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class signed for) and Special delivery (Royal Mail next day by 1pm). For all larger orders, delivery will be made via Parcel Force 48 hour service.
All delivery times stated are AFTER the order has been despatched. If you have not received your order in 7 business days, please contact us and we will follow this up for you.
Do you offer international delivery?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer delivery to areas outside of UK Mainland.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent via trackable delivery and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been despatched.
How do I return an item?
In the unfortunate event that you should feel that you wish to return any product to The Little Red Cottage, you should contact us in writing, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. Please note we will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to an item being damaged and logged upon receipt and informed to the couriers. The customer's signature upon delivery is their acceptance that the products have been checked for damage and approved.
Items should be returned to The Little Red Cottage within 28 days of purchase. When you return a product to us we will process a replacement item as possible. The Little Red Cottage cannot accept returns on any personalised items unless the item is faulty, as these are designed and made to order. We regret that personalised items cannot be refunded once a design proof has been approved. Once design work has been undertaken by a designer and approved by the customer, The Little Red Cottage will only refund 50% of the full price of the item. For non-personalised products, we will refund the price of the product in full once the item has been returned to us, not including postage costs. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
